1. Parties and Scope

These Terms of Use govern the use of the Google PageSpeed score analysis service ("Service") provided through webspeedcheck.com ("Site"). By accessing the Site or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Description and Operation of the Service

Web Speed Check crawls the websites specified by the users, calculates the Google PageSpeed Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices, and SEO scores of subpages, and presents them as an Excel report.

  Free Scan: The first 5-page analyses are provided completely free of charge.

• ▪

  Paid Scan: More comprehensive scans are subject to a fee. The system charges 1 USD for every 100 pages based on your estimated page count.

3. Fair Refund System

We care about customer satisfaction. If fewer URLs are scanned than the page limit you purchased, the unused credit is instantly and automatically refunded to the card you paid with after the scan. This process is transparent and requires no additional request from you.

4. Additional Credit and Exceeding Limits

During the scan, the system attempts to understand the full size of the site by discovering links up to 10 pages above the purchased limit. If pages above the limit are detected, you can purchase an additional credit package to allow the scan to continue automatically from where it left off.

5. Disclaimer

The generated score data is drawn instantly via the Google PageSpeed Insights API. Web Speed Check cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of the data, API response times, or temporary outages. The service is provided strictly "as is".

6. Copyrights

The software, designs, logos, and texts on the Site are the intellectual property of Web Speed Check and may not be copied or used without permission.
